With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Scott Houck serves as General Superintendent at Miller Construction. He brings leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to project excellence. Scott specializes in full on-site construction management, including scheduling, site layout, and subcontractor coordination—ensuring each phase of a project, from groundbreaking to final inspection, is executed with precision and professionalism.
Over the course of his career, Scott has successfully managed a wide range of complex and high-profile projects, including the $23 million Lewiston Queenston Plaza Phase 2 with Turner Construction and the $17 million Robert Moses Parkway with the NYS Department of Transportation. Whether leading large-scale developments or managing intricate small-scale builds, Scott consistently delivers results that meet or exceed expectations.
He is experienced in working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, government agencies, and homeowners, maintaining open communication and effective problem-solving on every job site.
