A Modern, Sustainable Gateway to One of the World’s Greatest Natural Wonders
The 28,000-square-foot Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Welcome Center is designed to seamlessly connect visitors with the breathtaking views of Niagara Falls. Featuring expansive glass walls and a low-profile roof, the center maximizes visibility while integrating harmoniously with the landscape. The facility includes ticketing and information desks, concession spaces, restrooms, and essential support areas. Sustainability is a key focus, with a rooftop photovoltaic array, special patterned glass to prevent bird impacts, and green roof elements. The project also includes a standalone restroom building and enhanced site features such as accessible pathways, native plantings, and integrated wayfinding elements.
