Founded in 1985 as Scott Lawn Yard, Miller Construction Services began as a small landscaping business in Niagara County. Christine and Scott Miller, lifelong residents, started with a pickup truck, two push lawnmowers, and a determination to build something meaningful. Their commitment to hard work and quality quickly turned their small operation into a thriving business.
By 1990, the company opened its first office in Sanborn, NY, pivoting from residential landscaping to large-scale commercial site construction projects. This evolution laid the groundwork for the company’s long-term success and marked the start of its journey toward becoming a trusted name in Western New York construction.

As the company grew, so did its services. In 2018, we moved our headquarters to a new, 22,000+ square-foot facility in the Town of Niagara. This investment allowed us to expand into asphalt and concrete services, completing our transformation into a fully self-performing site construction company.
Today, Miller Construction Services manages projects of all sizes, with annual revenues approaching $60 million, a talented team of over 125 employees, and bonding capabilities of up to $180 million.
