This federally funded infrastructure project, specified by NYSDOT and designed by Urban Engineering for the City of Niagara Falls, required full compliance with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals and strict regulatory standards. Miller Construction completed the full reconstruction of North Military Road from Cayuga Drive to Niagara Falls Boulevard, alongside the resurfacing of Cayuga Drive from Buffalo Avenue to Tuscarora Road.
