Christine Miller is the CEO, President, and Treasurer of Miller Construction Services, a leading W.B.E. site contractor based in Western New York. With over 35 years of experience, Christine leads the company’s strategic direction, manages risk, and serves as its primary spokesperson.

She holds OSHA 10 certification, is a Certified Pesticide Applicator, and is an active member of the Small Business Community Forum (SBA). Christine works closely with the COO to align operations with company goals and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Christine is especially proud of Miller’s long-standing work at Niagara Falls State Park, where the company has contributed to multiple enhancement projects over the past decade. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Science in Education from Buffalo State College.
